What You MAY Do

• Use the stamps to create finished artwork and designs
• Create clipart, PNGs, sublimation designs, transfers, stickers, apparel graphics, and physical products
• Sell physical handmade items made using the stamps
• Use for small business commercial use
• Color, layer, resize, and modify the stamps into your own finished artwork
• Use in social media graphics, website designs, and marketing materials
• Use the stamps in custom client work

What You MAY NOT Do

• Resell, share, gift, trade, or redistribute the original stamp files in ANY format
• Upload the stamps to print-on-demand sites as standalone graphics
• Claim the stamps or artwork as your own original drawings
• Convert the stamps into SVGs, brushes, embroidery files, laser files, or other digital download formats for resale
• Use the stamps to create new Procreate stamp sets, brush packs, clipart bundles, or digital resource packs
• Resell the stamps as transparent PNGs, layered elements, or isolated graphics
• Include the stamps in Canva templates, design bundles, or membership drives/fileshares
• Share the files with friends, groups, Facebook pages, Telegram channels, Discord servers, or Google Drives
• Use the stamps to create freshie molds, silicone molds, STL files, 3D prints, or cookie cutters for resale unless an extended mold license is purchased
• Trace the artwork for digital resale purposes
• Slightly alter the design and resell it as your own
• Use the artwork for trademarking or exclusive ownership claims

• This license is a ONE-TIME commercial license for the purchaser only
• License is non-transferable
• Due to the digital nature of the product, all sales are final
• Copyright remains with The Fringed Saddle at all times
• Unauthorized resale or redistribution will result in license termination and potential legal action
• By purchasing and downloading these files, you agree to all license terms listed above
